RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS. MARKET PRICE.

In response to the publication of Law 36/2006 the requirement that transactions between related persons or entities has created and the need to valute (and documented) at market prices. The companies which are obligated to present this documentation have two problems

· A legal problem regarding the formal drafting of the report in compliance with the regulations.
· A problem of statistical analysis to establish the market value with sufficient credibility to the tax administration, which involves public or private databases (Amadeus, SABI, etc. ..).
